About our Menu & Quoting - ( Scroll down for the complete menu )

All of our foods are made from recipes we have developed over the years or which have been graciously shared with us by our valued Customers, Family and Friends; using only the highest quality ingredients .

We do not use the method of a "set per person price" " based on several foods".
It is our practice to serve each customer fairly by treating your event uniquely to your own taste and menu choices. Our pricing is then based only on each food item chosen and quantity needed for you.

Every event is different with many factors to consider, such as; food varieties, time of day in which the meal is to be eaten, the number of guests, the approximate age of guests and the time of year / weather . These are all things we take into consideration while assisting you in planning a uniquely designed menu. Once we establish some menu options and quantities needed for your event we are then able to provide you with a free quote.

Our Services

If you request us to provide Full Service for your event, our service fee will include the following: Delivery, Covering & Skirting of Buffet Tables & Appetizer Tables, Set up of Appetizers and monitoring of items, All Serving utensils, Set up of Dinner Buffet, Staff used to cater event, Buffet style Dinner for your guests served by our Staff providing each Guest a choice from your menu, Packaging of any remaining foods, Cleaning of Food Equipment and food areas used for serving by our staff.

Foods which are Delivered or Picked up in disposable containers, become the customers responsibility to maintain proper temperatures.

Payment Policies
At the time you agree on a menu and ask us to reserve a date, a deposit of 30% (based on the total quote amount) is due at that time. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made no less then 10 days prior to the event date; after that date we retain the 30 % deposit.

We require a final guest count no less then 10 days prior to your date so we can adjust quantities and /or the total amount due for the meal.

Full payment is required 5 days prior to Wedding Receptions and Anniversary dates and at the time of Pick up or Delivery for other events.

Payments and Deposits are accepted only in the form of Cash or Check payable to BMP & Catering.
In order to keep our costs down to all of our customers we do not take Credit Cards because of the fees involved.
